WATER TREATMENT SERVICE TECHNICIAN - JUNIOR POSITION

• Degree/Diploma in Water Treatment/Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' experience in water treatment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver's License
• Responsible for routine service and maintenance of water treatment systems

Technical Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on water treatment systems including filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, and chemical dosing
• Perform system inspections and assessments to ensure optimal performance
• Install and commission new water treatment equipment

Sales Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotations
• Identify potential opportunities and upsell maintenance plans or service upgrades
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Work towards achieving service sales targets

Administrative Tasks:

• Complete job cards
• Procure service components and consumables
• Handle purchase orders and invoice requisitions
