Service Technician - VSD and Switchgear

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician with proven expertise in fault finding and repair of LV VSDs / VFDs and Switchgear, with at least 3 years of effective experience specifically on VSDs / VFDs.

1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Fault finding and repair down to component level.
3. PCB building experience might be beneficial.
4. Willingness to attend callouts if warranted and to do standby duties.
5. Maintain sober habits.

Qualifications:

• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering might be beneficial, but any relevant qualification could suffice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in both English and Afrikaans due to the customer base.
• RSA Citizens only.
• No criminal record.

This is a permanent position.
