Training Technical & Support Specialist - Midrand Gauteng

Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Technical Trainer & Support Specialist to join their KwaZulu-Natal team. This role combines training delivery, technical support, customer service and business development. If you’re passionate about technology, customer engagement and enjoy a varied role with room to grow, this opportunity is for you.

Planning & Training

• Manage and update the shared training calendar in Outlook.
• Communicate with Area Managers to allocate training dates and report findings.
• Provide regular activity reports including customer feedback and market insights.
• Assist in planning training schedules, installation timelines and follow-ups.

On-the-Job & Classroom Training

• Deliver training according to the set calendar.
• Conduct on-site and classroom-based training including kitchen, laundry and housekeeping.
• Ensure training is delivered on time and to a high standard.

New Business Development

• Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to generating sales leads.
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings and networking events.

Sales & Customer Liaison

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
