Job description

We are looking for a technically minded, enthusiastic individual eager to learn and grow in the field of industrial automation and service support.

Basic Requirements:

  • Formal Tertiary education:
  • Grade 12 in a technical school
  • Qualified Millwright Trade
  • Experience:
  • A strong interest or background in either mechanical or electrical systems – (both will be considered)
  • Languages:
  • English – Read, write and speak (required)
  • Afrikaans – Read, write and speak (optional)
  • Drivers Licence: Code 8- (required)

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work overtime
  • Must be willing to perform standby duties once trained
  • Must reside in the Pretoria
  • Must have own transport

Job Objectives:

  • Maintain and support customer production equipment to ensure optimal uptime
  • Deliver professional, high-quality technical support
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Attend to breakdowns promptly, minimizing downtime
  • Conduct preventative maintenance as per OEM guidelines
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
  • Perform services in a presentable and professional manner
  • Assist with internal and external maintenance activities
  • Provide detailed feedback to suppliers on equipment issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s image on site
  • Contribute to improving customer operations.
