Service technician

This is a full-time, Service Technician role located in Laser Park, Honeydew at Universal Automated Systems. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

1. Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
2. Field Service and Customer Service skills
3. Experience in maintenance practices
4. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities (Mechanical and Electrical)
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Willingness to learn
7. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
