Position: Marketing & Sales Manager
This position reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager
Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, manage, and maintain ZA Cluster channel partners for the Electrification Service (ELSE) division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with Global Channel Manager and Local Marketing & Sales Manager and implement channel initiatives with local sales organizations in the assigned region.
- Support local sales organization (LSO) in identifying potential channel partners and VPPs.
- Contribute to ELSE Value Provider Program (VPP) development and promote it to potential channel partners.
- Provide support and guidance to partners on product, solution offerings, and commercial training.
- Organize technical trainings with Primary Service Centers (PSC) and Operations for channel partners.
- Enroll, track, and monitor channel partner employees' training completion and certifications.
- Ensure the functioning of commercial operations & digital tools for channel partner business models.
- Support channel partner business plan reviews and risk identification.
- Ensure channel partner agreements are updated and followed.
- Contribute to channel pricing strategy and its implementation.
- Support regional reporting and Salesforce channel management.
- Identify potential channel partners in the local market.
- Plan long-term business growth with channel partners.
- Ensure proper functioning of commercial operations, business models, and digital tools.
- Manage VPP account activities, business reviews, visits, and meetings.
- Act as primary contact for channel partners.
- Participate in customer visits and channel partner events.
- Manage Salesforce Channel Opportunities.
Forecasting and Planning
Provide planning information to PSCs and factories.

Qualifications (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience with Medium Voltage and Low Voltage products.
- Experience working with Channel Partners is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Experience in project execution.
- Knowledge of marketing & sales processes and tools (Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.).
- Solutions-oriented approach with problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of contract management, negotiations, risk management, and legal terms.
- Experience with channel pricing management.
- Availability to travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of developing effective relationships at all levels.
