Are you a driven and passionate leader in the automotive industry? Do you have a strong background in managing high-performance service operations? Our organisation seeking a dynamic Service Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Service Department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Maintain and enhance the service / aftersales departments exceptional service standards by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage service department KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, productivity goals, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations, adhering to the automotive’s global brand standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Implement effective processes for managing service bookings, repairs, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Analyse service reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a service management role, ideally within the automotive industry (preferably premium brands).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive service processes, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with premium products, systems, and culture is an advantage.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets and KPIs.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering superior service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Qualifications :

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field (preferred).
