Your role

1. To provide technical service and support to our customer, through on-site work, and by providing repairs and tool calibrations, working as part of the Atlas Copco Service team.
2. Continuously improving our customer satisfaction.
3. To provide Repairs and Service Support on Industrial Power Tooling including Electronic, Pneumatic handheld and fixture tools.
4. To provide the customer with technical support.
5. To conduct regular line audits, providing technical support, assistance and guidance as and when required.
6. To maintain records of all activities.
7. To carry out calibrations and preventative maintenance tasks on a scheduled and planned basis according to laboratory and ISO procedures.
8. To plan, manage and carry out the installation of our equipment at the customers premises.
9. To ensure all repair and calibration workshop documentation is completed correctly and up to date.
10. To provide written reports on repairs and incidents as requested by management or the Customer.
11. To provide advice and feedback to the Customer on the use of their equipment.
12. To work as part of a team with our Sales representatives and the Customer to help address any support and technical issues.
