The successful candidate will plan and prioritise maintenance and field work, contribute to new product introductions, and provide technical support across Caterpillar applications.

Qualifications

• B.Eng (Mechanical or Electrical) or Caterpillar-certified earth-moving technician.
• Strong business communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and leadership abilities.
• MS Office and Caterpillar software proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Warranty and Product issue resolution.
• Present product issues to management, executive and suppliers.
• Compile informative product issue reports and address the issue with suppliers and management.
• Provide expert technical support for Warranty resolution.
• Plan and prioritise jobs to maximise productivity and profitability.
