Job Description – Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Serve as Product & Process Specialist for hydro plant machinery.

Provide immediate technical support to customers, suppliers, and sales teams.

Project & Product Development

Lead application development, product design , and new product introductions .

Identify and develop new product opportunities .

Manage project milestones and deliverables .

Customer & Supplier Relations

Build and maintain strong customer, supplier, and vendor relationships .

Organise transfer meetings with sales, project management, and customers.

Field Service & Maintenance

Conduct on-site assessments, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades .

Support sales proposals and opportunity management .

General

Participate in company committees and initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Travel internationally up to 70% of the time.
