Job description

A Service Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls for customers and ensuring that service technicians are equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to complete the job. The Service Dispatcher is the first point of contact for customers, and must be able to assess customer needs and prioritize service requests. In addition, the Service Dispatcher is responsible for maintaining the service technician’s schedule, tracking their progress and providing feedback to customers.
