A leading company seeks a Service Coordinator responsible for overseeing service delivery and client interactions. The role demands strong customer service skills, effective communication, and proficiency in office software. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma, with further education preferred, and readiness for on-the-job training.
Job Purpose : As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of services to clients or customers.
Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient coordination between various teams, including service providers, technicians, and clients, to guarantee timely and high-quality service delivery.
You will serve as clients' main point of contact, addressing their inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the service process.
You are responsible for providing resources to complete the services as part of your role, including booking stock in or out, picking stock, and providing stock to courier services.

Education and Experience:
Training will be provided on the job for up to 6 months, during which employment may be terminated as per employment laws.
Package & Remuneration: R20,000 per month.
