A market leader in health and hygiene solutions seeks a meticulous Service Coordinator in Johannesburg. This role involves managing daily service operations, liaising with clients, and supervising teams across various services. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Grade 12 and possess 2 years of relevant experience, ensuring quality service and operational efficiency.

Job Overview :
Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to oversee daily service operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficiency in daily operations between various teams, and high quality service to the clients.

Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Minimum Grade 12 / Matric (NQF 4)
Experience : Minimum 2 years in service industry or similar
Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of operations, ticketing systems, reporting etc.
Soft Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Travel : Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as required.
