Job description

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join a market leader in providing innovative health and hygiene solutions, including hygiene rental equipment, office consumables, deep cleaning, and pest control services. We are committed to excellence, sustainability, and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Job Overview :

Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to oversee daily service operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficiency in daily operations between various teams, and high quality service to the clients.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

  • Issuing out all installation and withdrawals tickets on a daily basis
  • Supervise loading and off loading of vehicles
  • Liaising with customers telephonically to schedule installations and services (Deep Clean, Pest Control Hygiene and Trade Sales)
  • Planning around and booking vehicles for services
  • Managing Fuel Cards
  • Checking stock back from returns
  • Managing teams (Installation, Pest, Hygiene, Deep Clean)
  • Updating routing of clients when changes are required
  • Checking services closed on the system VS OPSI
  • Assist with monthly stock take
  • Managing warehouse
  • Arrange weekly service meetings

Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Minimum Grade 12 / Matric (NQF 4)

Experience : Minimum 2 years in service industry or similar

Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of operations, ticketing systems, reporting etc.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Travel : Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as required.
