Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Charge Review Accountant to join our expanding finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in property accounting and financial auditing, particularly within the service charge environment. You will work closely with our London-based finance team and report directly to the Head of Service Charge Accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the property sector and a deep understanding of service charge accounts and statutory financial reporting.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: R25,000 – R27,000 per month (Depending on experience)
Please Note:
Applicants must be based in the Cape Town/Winelands area or nearby, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings in Stellenbosch. A stable internet connection is essential, particularly during periods of load shedding.
