  • Handle inbound calls and respond to written queries promptly and effectively
  • Analyse customer feedback and identify root causes of service breakdowns

  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain service records
  • Meet daily performance targets and uphold service excellence

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Matric (required)
  • NQF Level 5 or equivalent (preferred)
  • RE5 certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 2–3 years in sales and client service roles
  • 1–2 years in life insurance, especially with a focus on retention
  • Experience in managing and improving customer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • High attention to detail and process adherence
