Requirements :

  • 3 years proven work experience in service coordination and logistics management.
  • Matric / Grade 12

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Manage logistics, including inventory control, shipment tracking, and deliver coordination.
  • Act as liaison between client and service teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and logistics transactions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize logistics processes and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Daily planning, monitoring and coordination of deliveries.
