Summary
We are seeking a customer-oriented, friendly, and professional Service Ambassador to represent our organization and provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders. The Service Ambassador will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, offering assistance, guidance, and information as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about the organization, its services, and its facilities
- Assist visitors in locating meeting rooms, offices, and other facilities within the organization
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and assistance for visitors and employees
- Act as a liaison between visitors, clients, and employees and the organization, ensuring their needs are met effectively
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
