Our client, who specializes in construction equipment, is looking for a Service Advisor Administrator to join them in Honeydew, Gauteng.

The successful candidate must have experience on SAP and in a similar sector.

By focusing on efficient appointment scheduling, work order management, inventory and supplies, job card invoicing and payment follow-ups, customer-centric interaction, arranging machine commissioning, service contracts, warranty claims, and comprehensive record-keeping, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in elevating customer satisfaction, enhancing workshop productivity, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Title: Service Advisor Administrator (Construction Equipment Industry)
Geographical area: Honeydew, Gauteng
Salary range: R 18,000 – R 25,000 CTC pm

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Appointment scheduling
2. Work order management (job cards)
3. Inventory and supplies management
4. Invoicing and payments
5. Customer interaction
6. Preventative maintenance scheduling and machine commissioning
7. Warranty claims

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

1. Grade 12 / Equivalent
2. Excellent SAP knowledge
3. 3-5 years experience in a similar role
4. Knowledge of workshop operations and inventory management
