Position Reporting to : Aftersales Manager / Service Manager / Service Admin Manager / Customer Relationship Manager / General Manager

Key Relationships :

Internally : Workshop Foreman / Controller & Admin Office / Capacity Planner / Service Manager / Parts Manager

Externally : All Customers & Sub-let Suppliers

Main Purpose of Position : To strive in providing customers with a professional service experience whilst ensuring adequate communication between customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction goals.

Minimum Job Requirements :

1. Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
2. Driver’s license
3. Motor dealership industry (technical experience)
4. Technical Qualification
