Job description

A Well-established Luxury Dealership, in Stellenbosch is seeking to employ a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant with at least 2 years working experience as a Service Advisor in an Automotive Dealership to join their team

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification – Certificate in Service Advisor Training would be advantageous
• Minimum 2 years’ Service Advisor experience in an Automotive Dealership
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
• Valid Driver’s license and own transport
• Excellent customer service skills

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare for the arrival of the customer
• Taking care of customer at initial consultation upon arrival
• Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system
• Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles and update control systems
• Liaise with customers on regular basis throughout service
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Vehicle hand over
• Customer follow – up and reminders
