Service Advisor (Automotive Industry) -Sandton, Gauteng - SalaryR16 000 toR18 000 Negotiable

A dynamic and fast-growing automotive group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performance team based in Sandton. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service within a digitally innovative environment.

Working Hours:Monday - Friday: 07:30 - 17:30 andSaturday: 08:00 - 13:00

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Service Advisor

• Experience with corporate dealerships and volume brands

• Proven track record of meeting service and labour targets

• Familiarity with Evolve and IAL systems (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer bookings and workshop coordination

• Handle warranty claims and ensure full compliance

• Maintain accurate job card records and service documentation

• Provide consistent updates to customers throughout the service process

• Promote and upsell additional services and parts
