Join a leading automotive retailer as a Service Advisor responsible for managing customer service and repair processes. You'll be the primary point of contact, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical skills, relevant experience, and customer service expertise.
Job Summary: Serving as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, the Service Advisor's core responsibility is to listen and thoroughly understand customer problems, arrange for appropriate service, and set/manage expectations for both customers and technicians regarding service delivery.
The ideal Service Advisor has an unrestricted driver's license, a clean driving record, strong mechanical aptitude, at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, post-secondary automotive training, and certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (or willingness to obtain it). A strong technical and customer service record is also required.
Experience with CDJR or domestic vehicles is required.
