Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and professional Service Administrator with experience in the FMCG.The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients, coordinating with service providers, scheduling technicians, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Assistance:
    • Assist clients telephonically, via email, and walk-ins.
    • Communicate promptly and professionally with clients to address their needs and concerns.
  • Service Coordination:
    • Log calls with relevant service providers and ensure timely follow-up.
    • Send quotes to clients based on assessments and follow up as needed.
    • Sign off on bills and ensure accuracy.
  • Scheduling and Organization:
    • Book call-outs and jobs for the day on the calendar.
    • Schedule technicians for the day and ensure they are informed of their tasks.
    • Ensure technicians have the relevant parts and tools required for their jobs.
  • Equipment Management:
    • Tag all equipment coming in for repairs with the clients details.
    • Order parts when required and ensure timely delivery.
  • Site Visits:
    • Go to sites when required to oversee or assist with service activities.
  • General Administration:
    • Maintain organized records of all service activities.
    • Ensure all administrative tasks related to service are completed efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the service industry.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
