Job description

Key Output
  1. Manage costing team and provide administrative support to service operation and achieving customer satisfaction.
  2. Resolve internal and external customer queries.
  3. Accurately control costing end-to-end processes.
  4. SAP/CRM Superuser functions.
  5. Co-ordinate with Planning team for WIP management and target execution and effectively control cost center expenses and Work-in-Progress.
  6. Achieve a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability.
  7. Follow up on debtors’ queries and resolve internal and external customer concerns.
  8. Ensure Staffing & Safety requirements of team and environment are achieved.
  9. Ensure effective communication between team and management.
  10. Apply Barloworld-Equipment leadership philosophy.
Qualification, Experience And Competencies
  1. Appropriate academic background (Grade 12 and an accounting or administration qualification).
  2. Leadership potential able to achieve results utilizing talent in team.
  3. Minimum 5 years’ experience of costing / administration.
  4. Effective self-management and performance ownership.
  5. Good analytical skills and accuracy.
  6. Good time management.
  7. Sound communication skills.
  8. Attention to detail.
