Responsibilities:

1. Perform systems requirement analysis and planning to ensure performance and integration with other systems.
2. Configure and maintain cloud services, software, and operating systems.
3. Maintain the data storage systems and servers.
4. Evaluate plans and systems to ensure readiness for disaster recovery sites and collaborate with the service providers to ensure efficient functioning of the servers in case of a disaster.
5. Provide end-to-end IT operational support in system change deployments on projects.
6. Provide support to the Infrastructure team in terms of configurations, migrations, integrations, and enhancement of systems.
7. Perform monthly routine maintenance of the server including running patches and enhancements, checking security features, and updating server requirements.
8. Report monthly to monitor security, capacity management, and operations of the system.
