Job Description:

As a Food Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives top-notch service in a friendly and efficient manner. Your role will involve taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
2. Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
3. Relay orders to kitchen staff and ensure food is prepared to specifications.
4. Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
5. Provide recommendations on menu items, including wine pairings and specials.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables.
7. Monitor and respond to guest needs during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
8. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude.
9. Process payments accurately using the POS system.
10. Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth operation.
11. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a food service role is preferred, but not required.
2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Team player with a positive attitude.
5. Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
6. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
7. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
8. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).
