Job Description:

Our client based in Sandton is seeking Sepedi Speaking Customer Service Advisor.

The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs, delivering first-class customer service to increase the profitability of the business while remaining committed to treating customers fairly. The role involves speaking directly with clients via an inbound line and providing responses to general contract and transactional inquiries.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 12 months unbroken inbound call centre experience
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial, or administration industry, with knowledge of relevant legislative environment (highly desirable)
Requirements:
  • Passed Grade 12
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • Available immediately
  • Fixed Term Contract
  • Own transport (advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and respond to customer requests
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the in-house operating system
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Assist irate members and escalate when required to senior agents/team leader
  • Maintain own productivity levels and meet quality standards
  • Perform daily administrative functions and accurately capture information in CRM systems
  • Adhere to company policies and practices
  • Review and action cases promptly
  • Monitor Average Handling Time in line with standards
  • Follow work schedule and monitor workflow
  • Ensure SLA adherence and case completion within agreed times
  • Maintain customer quality according to standards and business processes
  • Ensure full compliance with legislation and operating procedures
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels (verbal and written)
  • Be solution-driven with excellent problem-solving and accuracy skills
  • Work independently, motivated and proactive
  • Operate confidently in a dynamic environment
  • Display flexibility and adaptability to different situations
  • Work effectively within a team
  • Prioritize workload efficiently with good organizational skills
Salary and Working Hours:
  • Salary: R9500
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
