[서울/부산 정규직] Energy Separation Project Manager

As Executive Project Manager (Ex.PM), you have a Regional Area responsibility and will mainly manage and execute orders for this Region. Typically, you have a team managed by the Technical Project Manager with an Engineering Team located in Søborg, Shanghai and/or in Pune, India.
Together with the Technical PM and Engineering Team you will create thorough planning for your projects, lead & follow-up on quality, time and cost to ensure your projects are successful.

Main responsibilities

• Follow-up on project results, KPIs, hours, and costs.

• Drive the project team to work as a team in an agile project management way, working with stand-up & sprint etc.

• Define the project requirements together with the engineering team & Tech.PM.

• Take overall progress, follow up responsibility and lead the discussion with the customer.

• The Region is Asia, and the position will be located in Korea. You will report to the Project Office Manager for BU CST.

• The role will require some international travel. Estimated 20-50 days a year.

Requirements / Qualification

• +5 years of working experience as project management in an international and industrial environment.

• Availability to travel both in domestic and overseas.

• University degree of engineering or similar.

• English skill in spoken & written.
