As a consultant, you'll work closely with senior consultants, project managers, developers, and clients, ensuring our clients achieve measurable growth in organic visibility and traffic. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile retail brands and collaborate with international experts in a rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
- Provide consultation on SEO best practices and optimisation opportunities.
- Stay up to date on new and improved methods of improving online visibility and integrating improvements into the strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the complexities of search engine optimisation.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues related to site architecture, crawl-ability, index-ability, and page speed.
- Consult on and manage SEO for website migrations and new site launches, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify relevant search terms and content opportunities.
- Utilise the full Google Suite and other analytics tools to track and analyse SEO performance metrics.
- Consult on and monitor algorithm updates and industry trends, adapting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure SEO strategies are implemented effectively.
- Liaise directly with clients around SEO opportunities and optimisation roadmapping.

- Optimising website content and metadata based on keyword research and best practices.
- Follow best practices for SEO and advise on the best approach.
- Manage the SEO for site migrations and new site launches.
- Execute SEO strategies.
- Analyse website traffic and performance data using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Internal consulting with Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and Developers.
- Analyse data, build monthly reports, and provide insights.
- Keep up to date on industry changes and best practices (such as algorithm updates).
- Contribute to user experience and conversion optimization audits and testing projects.
Minimum Requirements- A relevant Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in the field.
- An excellent understanding of keyword research, organic growth strategy, meta-data optimisations, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Solid understanding of technical and content SEO principles.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, and Google Data Studio would be beneficial.
- The ability to read and understand coding languages such as HTML and CSS, as well as best practices across search engines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Retail and/or B2B experience would be beneficial.
- Good communication skills.
- Fast-learning and able to work under pressure.
