Overview

We're looking for a technically skilled SEO Specialist with a strong focus on off-page optimisation and technical performance.

In this role, you'll take ownership of backlink strategies, domain authority growth, and technical audits to enhance website performance and search visibility.

While your core expertise lies in off-page and technical SEO, you'll also support the wider SEO team with content and on-page optimisation projects when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-impact link-building campaigns to drive domain authority growth.
• Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and content-led initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits using tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Sistrix to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Apply your PHP development skills to implement technical fixes across site architecture, indexing, CWV, structured data, and crawlability.
• Experience with Laravel is a strong advantage.
• Monitor and maintain backlink profiles, managing disavow files and ensuring optimal link equity.
• Track and analyse SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager, producing clear, actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate closely with content, web development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital channels.
