Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an SEO Manager to own search strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will drive the technical roadmap, content priorities and reporting, collaborating with writers and AI to deliver results.

You’ll lead on technical SEO, content alignment, and performance measurement, with a focus on ranking improvements and client storytelling during quarterly roadmaps. This is a remote, agency role with US-based client interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run audits and fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
