Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an experienced SEO and AI Search Manager to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, set content priorities, and explain the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You will collaborate with writers and AI to produce drafts, run audits, and report in GA4 and Search Console, delivering a quarterly roadmap for each client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes performed.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and site structure.
• Lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content prioritization with writers.
• Improve AI search exposure alongside traditional results.
• Manage links, local SEO, and multi-location strategies as needed.
• Prepare GA4 and Search Console reports; define quarterly roadmaps.
