Placements24 is seeking a Senior Yoga Instructor and Wellness Program Coordinator for a vibrant Bloemfontein studio. You will lead diverse yoga classes, design holistic wellness programs, and coordinate workshops to foster a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification; 500-hour or specialized cert is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience teaching yoga to diverse groups.
• Proven experience in program development, coordination, or event management.
• Excellent knowledge of yoga anatomy, physiology, and philosophy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all levels.
• First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
• Availability to teach classes and coordinate events during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of yoga classes suitable for different levels and styles (e.g., Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative).
• Design, develop, and implement new yoga and wellness programs, workshops, and retreats.
• Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of all wellness programs and events.
• Promote programs and classes through various marketing channels.
• Provide personalized guidance and modifications to students during classes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring studio environment.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with students and the wider community.
• Assist with studio operations, including front desk duties and student inquiries.
• Stay updated on yoga trends and best practices in wellness program development.
• Contribute to the overall positive culture and ethos of the studio.
