Job summary

Apex Group in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Workday Security Analyst to join our Workday Central Team. You will serve as the lead for securing the Workday platform, defining roles, domains and access controls, and ensuring compliance across HR processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of Workday security experience, strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure, with fluent English and solid collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Workday security domains, business processes and permissions.
• Experience with tenant management, user provisioning and security testing.
• Certification in Workday Security modules or relevant experience.
• Strong HR process understanding and Workday reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure independently; proactive and self-driven.

As a Senior Workday Security Analyst, you will serve as point of contact for managing and maintaining security across the Workday platform.
