UI / UX Design

â Visualize Experiences : Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that help us imagine and

refine the user journey on our sites.

â Understand Our Users : Conduct research and testing to ensure our websites are intuitive,

easy to navigate, and enjoyable for our visitors.

â Enhance Interaction : Apply best design practices to make sure every click and scroll feels

natural and satisfying.

Front-End Development

CMS Management

â Simplify Content Management : Build and manage websites using CMS platforms like

WordPress, making it easy for the team to update and maintain content.

â Customize and Secure : Tailor themes and plugins to project needs, while keeping an eye on

performance and security.

â Support and Train : Help content managers get the most out of the CMS, providing training

and ongoing support.

SEO & Performance Optimization

â Boost Visibility : Implement on-page SEO strategies that help our websites rank higher and attract more visitors organically.

â Speed Matters : Optimize every aspect of our sites to ensure fast load times and smooth

â Data-Driven Decisions : Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor performance and make

Quality Assurance

Experience :

  • 5-7+ years in web design, development, UI / UX, and graphic design.
  • Proven leadership in web projects and mentoring.
  • Strong UI / UX design process knowledge (research to prototyping).
  • Solid portfolio of work using Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
  • Experience collaborating with back-end developers, implementing SEO, optimizing performance, and ensuring quality.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git).
  • Familiarity / experience in the Fintech industry advantageous

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • Mastery of front-end technologies and UI / UX principles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and WordPress.
  • Understanding of responsive design, SEO, accessibility.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and a continuous learner.
