Position’s Goal
Execution of high-quality custom web development projects within given time frames, demonstrating fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Daily: Develop build-outs for 5–7-page websites within 72-80 hours.
- Daily: Develop landing pages / funnels within 36-48 hours.
- Deliver updates, tweaks, and changes in tickets within the specified timeframe.
- Report daily updates through the ticketing system for each ticket worked on that day.
- Attend daily morning meetings on time.
- Be a team player and be willing to sacrifice for the good of your teammates and the company.
- Maintain a positive attitude, focusing on solutions rather than problems.
- Provide constructive criticism with potential solutions to challenges within your job and the company.
- Build daily successful habits and routines to help yourself and the team.
Development & Training cadence
- Monthly: Create at least one custom development training.
- Check-in call with the Project Manager.
- Quarterly: Take at least one internal training course in their field of expertise or relevant to digital marketing.
- Attend all quarterly meetings on time.
- Per Semester: Receive performance evaluations and improve areas of opportunity discussed in evaluations.
- Read a book or take a course related to leadership, design, development, or personal development.

Strategic Internal Relations
- Project Manager: Receive directions, deadlines, and feedback.
Provide a report on the status of build-outs. - Daily Agents: Provide and receive information about current or past projects.
- Daily Head of Department: General inquiries not solved by Project Manager.
- As needed Head of HR: Feedback, evaluations.
- Per semester CEO: Feedback, evaluations.

Education & Areas of Expertise
- Formal Education: Not Essential – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Web Development.
- Complementary Studies: Not Essential – Web Development or Marketing-related postgraduate studies.
Internal Tests & Experience
- Internal assessments: Initial Interview, TestDome, Role Assessment, Custom build-out, Cultural fit and technical interview.
- Areas and Minimum Time of Experience: 3 - 5 years of Web Development.
- Languages: Fluent English.
- For reference but not required: CEFR C1, IELTS 7-8, TOEFL iBT 94-114.
Tech Requirements
- PC Specifications: Processor: Intel Core i7 or greater; Memory: 16GB RAM or greater.
- Internet Connection: Stable broadband with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.
- Other: High-quality noise-canceling headset, HD web camera.
- Salary Range: R45,000 and R60,000
