Job summary

Multisearch Cc invites a Senior Web Developer to join our IT team in a permanent hybrid role based in Cape Town or Pretoria. You will translate business requirements into scalable software solutions, build enterprise-grade web applications, and design robust RESTful APIs.

Collaboration with BAs, developers, and cross-functional teams is essential to ensure high quality deliverables. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Angular 6+, Azure, and API/Web Service development,

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, IT Networking or related fields.
• BSc in IT or Post Graduate Diploma in IT.
• Proficient in C#/ASP.NET/Angular and RESTful services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
• Conduct unit, integration and functional testing.
• Design, develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and production issues.
• Diagnose application performance and transactional issues using logs.
• Participate in build, packaging, deployment and release processes.
• Contribute to development standards, architectural patterns and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Apply secure development principles and address web-based security vulnerabilities.
• Participate in Agile and/or Waterfall SDLC processes.
• Senior candidates may mentor junior developers.
