MultiSEARCH Recruitment is seeking a Senior Web Developer to design, implement and refine enterprise-grade web applications using C#/.NET, ASP.NET and Angular in a hybrid Cape Town environment. You will collaborate across teams, mentor juniors, contribute to RESTful APIs, Azure deployments and secure coding practices while adhering to SDLC and quality norms.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT-related field as listed in the qualifications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Azure, and modern web frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
• Conduct unit, integration and functional testing.
• Design, develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and production issues.
• Diagnose application performance and issues using logs.
• Participate in build, packaging, deployment and release processes.
• Contribute to development standards and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Apply secure development principles and address vulnerabilities.
• Participate in Agile and/or Waterfall SDLC processes.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Job Description

Maintain, enhance and develop new functionality and software components. Translate business requirements, use cases and user stories into effective technical solutions. Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers and cross-functional teams. Refactor and optimise code to improve performance, scalability and maintainability.

Qualifications & Skills
