Were hiring : Senior Web Designer

Location : Remote (with some overlap 10am -7pm ET preferred)

Type : Full-time (40 hours / week)

About the Role

Were looking for a senior-level Web Designer to create professional, visually engaging web experiences . You'll translate complex topics like biotech research & high-value instruments into clear, compelling designs aligned with client branding & business goals.

Note : This is not a development role you wont touch WordPress or code. Your craft is visual design , using tools like Figma, Photoshop & Illustrator .

This is a low-volume, high-quality role : you'll focus on a few full-site designs per year, with additional pages, homepage refreshes, and social graphics as needed.

What You'll Do :

Design full-page layouts for new or existing websites

Deliver brand-aligned, visually compelling designs for B2B & biotech

Collaborate with creative & internal teams

Occasionally assist with social media graphics or branding elements

What Were Looking For :

Senior-level web design experience

Portfolio showcasing complete web designs (not just UI elements)

Proven work in biotech, life sciences, or highly technical / healthcare industries

Skilled in Figma, Photoshop & Illustrator

Portfolios focused solely on consumer, fashion, construction, or legal wont be considered

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with social graphics & branding / logo work

Start Date : July

Remote, with flexibility (some ET overlap preferred)
