Job description

Project leader / task leader for consulting engineering in water and sanitation related to engineering projects.

Tasks include:

1. Planning, design, tender, and construction monitoring of projects.
2. General responsibilities with respect to marking, proposals, and management of staff.
3. Working with Senior Site Staff to manage Project Administration and resolve technical issues arising on large multidisciplinary, multi-contract bulk water projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree
• PrEng Civil (Essential)
• Professionally registered with SCAPCMP (an advantage)

Experience:

• Bulk Water and Sanitation Infrastructure Design experience is a pre-requisite.
• 15 – 20 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Experience with GCC2015, SABS1200 & COLTO.
• Preparation of reports and presentations.
• Competent with Civil Designer, Civil3D, and AutoCAD.
