Edgray Distributors (Pty) Ltd t/a JUMBO is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound, production, Kimberling, outbound and fleet management. You will drive productivity, enforce policies, and coordinate with departments to meet budgets and service levels.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with a focus on cost control, efficiency, and accuracy in a fast-paced retail warehousing environment.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 5-10 years’ experience in a similar working environment.
• Qualification in warehouse / logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock flow to ensure accuracy and timely processing across inbound, production, Kimberling and outbound stores.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, coordinate shift work and training needs.
• Monitor expenses and drive cost-saving initiatives within each department.
• Plan, coordinate and improve administrative workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage fleet and external transport partners, ensuring routes are cost-effective.
• Procure and distribute store supplies and equipment according to needs and audits.
