Placements24 seeks a Senior Retail Visual Merchandiser for its flagship store in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. Lead in-store presentation, translate creative concepts into compelling displays, and develop seasonal merchandising strategies to strengthen the brand and drive sales.

You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with store management, buying and marketing, and ensure consistent brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of visual merchandising experience in fashion/luxury retail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing concepts and displays.
• Understanding of design, colour theory and space planning.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement visual merchandising concepts for windows and in-store displays.
• Develop seasonal calendars and execution plans aligned with brand strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand guidelines across store elements.
• Create product storytelling through display techniques and styling.
• Collaborate with store management, buying and marketing teams.
• Oversee installation and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Monitor inventory and optimize product placement and replenishment.
• Analyze sales and traffic to refine merchandising strategies.
• Mentor junior visual merchandisers and store staff.
• Source and manage display materials, props and fixtures.
