• Proven track record as a Senior Visual Effects Artist with a strong portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard VFX software such as Houdini, Maya, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Nuke, and/or Blender.
• Advanced understanding of 3D animation principles, motion graphics, compositing, and real-time rendering technologies.
• Experience with physics-based simulations and procedural content generation is highly desirable.
• Strong artistic foundation in color theory, composition, lighting, and form.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques to achieve photorealistic or stylized visual outcomes.
• Create compelling particle effects, simulations (e.g., fire, smoke, water), and environmental elements that enhance the narrative and visual appeal of projects.
• Collaborate with directors, art directors, and other stakeholders to interpret creative briefs and deliver visual effects that meet project objectives.
• Optimize VFX assets and workflows for performance and efficiency across different platforms and delivery requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior artists, providing constructive feedback and fostering skill development within the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, software advancements, and emerging technologies in visual effects and digital art.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VFX production pipelines and software.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior Visual Effects Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and high-caliber VFX work.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard VFX software such as Houdini, Maya, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Nuke, and/or Blender.
• Advanced understanding of 3D animation principles, motion graphics, compositing, and real-time rendering technologies.
