This is a fully remote position based out of our primary operations hub, which is effectively **Sandton, Gauteng**, though your physical presence there is not required. You will be instrumental in providing expert virtual consultations, personalized skincare recommendations, and holistic wellness guidance to a diverse online clientele. This role demands a deep understanding of dermatological principles, advanced skincare ingredients, and a holistic approach to well-being. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated professional with exceptional communication skills, adept at leveraging digital tools to connect with and support clients. You will guide clients through their wellness journeys, helping them achieve their health and beauty goals from the comfort of their homes, contributing to a leading online presence in the beauty and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations via video calls, chat, and email to assess client skincare needs and wellness goals.
