Placements24 is seeking a Senior Skincare Consultant to join its fully remote team serving clients across South Africa. You will leverage dermatological knowledge to provide expert skincare advice, create personalized treatment plans, and support clients through their skincare journeys.

In this role you will conduct remote consultations, recommend routines and products, educate on ingredients, track progress, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Skincare Specialist or esthetician

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive remote consultations to assess client skin types, concerns, and goals.

• Educate clients on product ingredients, application techniques, and the science behind effective skincare.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, research, and product innovations in dermatology and aesthetics.
• Maintain detailed client records and consultation notes within the company's CRM system.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Skincare Specialist, Esthetician, or related role, with a strong portfolio.
• In-depth knowledge of various skin conditions, cosmetic ingredients, and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, CRM software, and other digital tools for client management.
