Placements24 is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of cutting-edge digital experiences. The role is fully remote, with collaboration across product, design, and development teams to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of UX/UI experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision. Remote work offers flexibility and exposure to innovative digital products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in design.
• 5–7 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Strong research and usability testing methodologies.
• Experience creating and managing design systems.
• Excellent visual design, typography, and color theory.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design for interactive media experiences across web and mobile.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Define and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions.
• Advise on user-centered design principles throughout the lifecycle.
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices.
