This role is crucial in shaping the user experience of cutting‑edge interactive projects. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces that delight users and enhance their interaction with our client's offerings. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating seamless digital journeys, and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX and UI design. You will work closely with development and product teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Design intuitive wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant and user‑friendly interface designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.
• Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the Arts & Entertainment sector.
• Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of designing successful digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, particularly for interactive applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and constraints.
