Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD and related prototyping tools.
• Strong user-centered design, interaction design, and IA knowledge.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile.
• Design intuitive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement designs.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and performance analytics.
• Contribute to design systems and style guides for cross-platform consistency.
