Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to conceptualize and articulate design solutions.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the design and development lifecycle to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and analytics data.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
• Lead design critiques and provide constructive feedback to junior designers.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Senior UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting various forms of user research and usability testing.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial but not required.
