Job summary

Red Badger is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join a client-facing cross-functional team working in Lean Agile ways. You will understand client needs and design how to deliver value, guiding projects from discovery through delivery.

You will coach teams, facilitate workshops, conduct user research, and collaborate with Product and Technology to build the right thing, iterating quickly to maximize user and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in lean/agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of human-centered design and design thinking.
• Ability to coach teams and clients in UX practices.

Responsibilities

• Prototyping at various fidelity levels from paper to hi-fi.
• Design the user experience from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct user research and testing early and throughout delivery.
• Design and facilitate workshops and design sprints.
• Coach teams and clients on Design Thinking, Lean, and Human-Centred Design.
• Collaborate with Product Directors on sales activities and backlog prioritisation.
• Communicate designs and decisions to stakeholders and align on product strategy.
